If you are not current in your tuition payments, you will be sent an email. A $5.00 payment fees will to be added once you are more than one month late with tuition payments. THIS POLICY WILL BEGIN STARTING IN SEPTEMBER 2010. Tuition is DUE on the first class of each month, September through May.

CLASS ATTENDANCE
Please email me if your child is unable to attend class for any reason. Please have your child attend classes regularly. Even missing one class can put a child “behind” in their dance class. If a child continues to miss classes, she will be put on “warning”. I reserve the right to have a student not participate in the recital if she doesn’t know her dances because of absences.

BAD WEATHER DAYS
My policy is: if there is one missed class because of bad weather, tuition remains the same. If however, there is more than one missed class; I will schedule a make up class. If I don’t schedule a make up class a refund will be issued. If you have any question about dance class being cancelled please go online to my dance web site I will post the cancellation by 3:00 PM on the day in question.

REMINDERS
• Please send water bottles with your child to class. Students become very thirsty when dancing.
• Please check your child’s dance shoes to make sure they aren’t too tight. A child can’t learn proper dance technique without proper shoes.
• Please have students in proper dancewear with girl’s hair pulled back.

• Students age 3-5  participating in "Ballet Babies" are expected to wear  pink tights, leotards, slippers (optional dance skirt)  all other classes  please wear pink or black leotards for girls and tights, boys are ask to wear white t-shirts and black sweat pants.
• Students 6 and up are ask to wear black leotards and blacks tights (ballet skits or optional in black pink or flora prints.
• Ballet slippers should be black or pink. Boys/men taking ballet  please wear  shoes black only. Jazz shoes black.
• Tap shoes should be black.
  
• (shorts or acceptable with leggins)
  
• Adults are ask to wear the same color with pants or dance skirts.
• Hip Hop dancers may wear loose t shirts in any color.
  

• Please mark your child’s name on dance shoes, dance costumes, etc., Then, if something is lost at the studio or the recital we can quickly find the owner.
